Outstanding papers selected from the conference / articles of interest for journal publication may be submitted via the LOTA 2026 Submission Link – Journal Submission Channel. After review by the conference organizing committee, papers will be recommended for submission to Optical Engineering. All manuscripts must undergo the journal’s independent peer review process.

III. LOTA 2026 Conference Information
The 2nd International Conference on Laser, Optics and Optical Technology Applications (LOTA 2026) will be held from July 31 to August 2, 2026 in Shenzhen, China (held both physically and online). It is hosted by Shenzhen Technology University and co-organized by Central China Normal University, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and Jiangsu Normal University. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3195-1834-7) and submitted for stable indexing in EI, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and other databases after publication.
The conference features three major areas of submission: Laser Applications, Optical Technology, and Optoelectronic Intelligent Systems. All optics-related topics are welcome.
